Cultural Association Canaria Leo Da Vinci, an association is lacking-profit organization based in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This association is composed of former high school teachers who have experience in European projects, dance artists, musicians, engineers, language learners, adult women wanting to learn, participate and give them a chance.
Its objectives include:
-Promote the implementation and participation in educational projects at national and European
-To promote cooperation, mobility and innovation in different areas of work and explore some emerging or priority thematic areas.
-Contribute to the development of basic skills, such as health education, for consumption, for gender equality, civic education, science and knowledge of cultural heritage.
-Provide opportunities for cooperation and mobility between adults to learn from each other and their culture and family, with the aim of meeting the challenges of a global education and inclusive humanizing.
- Promoting environmental education and multicultural, caring  the environment, protection, conservation and promotion of our heritage.
-Assist in the exchange of information and knowledge, taking advantage of new technologies, exchange of cooperation and obtain educational, social and cultural rights because of the cooperative relationship we establish.
-Creation and maintenance of specific groups such as coral, music, dance, dance, visual arts, etc.
-Encourage learning throughout life, contributing to the development of basic skills
-Promoting the socio-cultural and develop a sense of belonging to the European Union.
-To promote a strong sense of active citizenship among people with difficulties.
-Increasing demand for potential inclusion in the labor market and to disseminate the forms and strategies to increase the motivation of adults to participate in the process of learning and training throughout life (education and lifelong learning).
For the current project we have the cooperation of Women's Collective of Santa Brigida and ADSIS Foundation (ONG).
Its objectives are: Socio intervention and obtain work with youth. Independent life skills for adolescents and youth. Social intervention with persons in difficulty.
Our priority is to develop activities in order to support the reintegration of unskilled adults, immigrants, women and individuals at risk of exclusion, to improve  the access of adults to the labor market, as active European citizens.
