The association, ONG, was open by University teachers, trainers, methodists working on the field of adult education. We are operated in a very disadvantaged area, the adults, learners, are interested to adapt their competence and abilities for a better integration on labor market. Our mission is to promote the principles and values of voluntarism, seeks to advance the shared interests of the voluntary organizations and to deliver a strategic vision for the further development of the voluntary sector.Aims & Propose : -To assist people from vulnerable social groups and in marginal social contexts, in particular older people and those who have left education without basic qualifications, in order to give them alternative opportunities to access adult education.-to promote active life, rising their motivation, encouraging adults, young and older to improve their competence and abilities, by supporting their participation for free training courses in modern languages, ITC, cultural heritage, music and dances, paintings,seminars, workshops, debate, cultural events, festivals, carnivals. -to offer programs in the field of artistic, culture, environment, but also courses on a topic of social behavior for easier integration;-to support for continuing education of adults and other employees of community, strengthening European dimension, -to get involved in Volunteering activities, open dialogue to identify the social needs are confronting adults, old persons.-to organize festivals, cultural events in the benefit of disadvantaged persons for a better integration in community life as active European citizens. -to contribute to social cohesion, in particular by combating exclusion, giving a chance for adults, pensioners, seniors, old persons, more or less cultivate, without any discrimination, encouraging voluntarism. Elder persons need to be informed, to come closer to education, helping them to refresh professional competence.- to strengthen solidarity and the dialogue with the institutions, in order to use their professional experience as experts in supporting of the City council as active European citizens for a good governance on local level and in general, improving the quality of life of the citizens. Taking part in this project we'll empower adults with cultural, artistic competences, initiative and entrepreneurship, involved in community life as active European citizens, getting a new European dimension.
